BEATRICE was saved from San Antonio Animal Care Services at 4 weeks old along with her mother and 4 siblings, they had all been scheduled to be killed. I am not sure what breed mix she is - brindle makes me think boxer, hermother was a GSD mix, so maybe some lab in there too.
At the rescue they have done great and when they had had their second shots they was able to be with the rest of the dogs. This has been great for them as they have been educated in how to behave in the dog world and has given them a great start to the big wide world.
BEATRICE like her siblings are all very affectionate, they are great with the dogs of all ages and since growing up around them, they are confident with dogs of all sizes. They know to go outside using the doggy door to do their business, but they sometimes have accidents, or are too lazy to go outside, so I would say to expect a little house-training to be done. They have not been kept in crates, so are not crate trained.
BEATRICE is a typical young puppy who has the teething months and the crazy months ahead of her she will absolutely need basic and advanced obedience training and will benefit working with her family to do this. BEATRICE loves to come and sit on my lap if I am sitting on the floor and gives lots of kisses as she gets her head scratched and belly rubbed.
BEATRICE is spayed, rabies, core vaccines, de-wormed and micr-chipped. She is too young for heart--worm testing and so will require this when she reaches 9 months of age. BEATRICE has an estimated date of birth of 31 January 2015 and on 28 April weighed around 13 pounds
BEATRICE is available for adoption through Give a Dog a Home, German Shepherd Dog Rescue for an adoption fee of $200.
We are hoping to find her home with one of her siblings and if this is the case the adoption fee will be $225 for both pups.
BEATRICE is located in TEXAS, however, we use Pets LLC to transport our precious saved souls from Texas to the east coast. They charge $175 per dog that is paid directly to them and is in addition to the adoption fee.
If you are interested in adopting BEATRICE , with maybe one of her siblings, please go to the adoption tab and complete then submit the form. Applications are generally processed within a week, depending on how quickly your vet and references get back to us, if not available when we first call.
